In 2011, we introduced Bambi Lane Plazma Posno biscuits, a vegan version of our original Plazma cookie, with honey instead of sugar as a sweetening agent. Sweet - but not too sweet – with a taste akin to graham crackers and a crumbly texture akin to Nilla Wafers, Bambi Lane Plazma Posno biscuits are perfect for dunking, and enjoying with coffee or tea. Because they are enriched with calcium, iron, zinc, vitamins C and B6, niacin and thiamin in the recipe, Bambi Lane Plazma Posno biscuits are popular meal replacements.
