If you’ve spent any time in Greece, chances are you’ve had the unforgettable pleasure of enjoying an iced cold “frappe.” Considered the national iced coffee of Greece, and served in virtually every café, this delicious drink is made with none other than instant coffee. The coffee of choice is Nescafe. There is something special that happens when blending Nescafe Frappé Instant Coffee with cold water; it produces a thicker and foamier froth than with an espresso or American brewed coffee. To prepare, mix our instant coffee with cold water, a few cubes of ice and your sweetener of choice, in a closed lid jar – and shake until you see lots of foam! Pour into a glass over ice and add milk, if desired. Now you can enjoy the bright and bold flavor of a frappé without having to leave home.
